Dr Angelika Razzaque

Dr Angelika Razzaque is a distinguished German-born General Practitioner with a special interest in dermatology. She commenced her medical career in Germany, graduating from Kiel University in Schleswig-Holstein. Following a year of practice, which included valuable experience in dermatology, she relocated to the UK. After working in hospitals across Greater London, she chose to specialise in General Practice and successfully completed her MRCGP. During her early career, she obtained her GPSI (GP with Special Interest) status with the Lewisham PCT and pursued the Cardiff diploma in dermatology, solidifying her expertise in the field.

Throughout her career, Dr Razzaque has held several key leadership roles, notably serving as Chair of the Primary Care Dermatology Society (PCDS) from 2019 to 2022, having previously been an Executive Member. Her commitment to improving patient care pathways for skin conditions is evident through her work as Community Dermatology lead for the North Lewisham PCN and later for the entire borough. She is also an Associate Specialist at King’s College Hospital, where she has been working in the two-week wait skin cancer clinic for nearly seven years. A respected lecturer and author, she has contributed to peer-reviewed journals and is a member of the medical advisory board of the National Eczema Society, with a future role as a trustee.
