With over 20 years of expertise in the ophthalmic field, Sundeep brings a wealth of experience in eye care and patient management. Her journey began with a degree in ophthalmic dispensing, building a strong foundation in eye health, followed by various roles in optician practices. Over time, she advanced into management positions, continuously expanding her skill set. Driven by a deep passion for patient care, Sundeep broadened her expertise by earning a qualification as a Hearing Care Assistant, further enhancing her ability to support patients’ needs.

Sundeep’s career then progressed into refractive surgery, where she worked as an ophthalmic technician in private clinics. This experience allowed her to deepen her understanding of advanced eye care and surgical procedures, reinforcing her commitment to providing exceptional care. Currently, she serves as the Hospital Manager for CHEC in Slough, leading a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Together, they focus on ensuring a positive experience for every patient who walks through their doors.
