Tracy is an experienced Registered Nurse with over 11 years of diverse experience across various fields of nursing. For the past two years, she has served as the Lead Nurse for CHEC Nottingham, where she has overseen and improved standards of patient care and safety. Her leadership at the Nottingham site has been instrumental in achieving key company goals, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing collaboration among team members.

One of Tracy’s proudest accomplishments at CHEC has been the recent attainment of JAG Endoscopy Accreditation, a significant milestone that reflects CHEC’s commitment to excellence in patient care.
