To achieve this award, CHEC underwent a rigorous evaluation process, including: A Comprehensive Colleague Survey: All colleagues members were invited to share their honest experiences and perspectives anonymously. In-depth Analysis: The survey results were scored and benchmarked against other organisations within the industry and across the UK. Thematic Reporting: A final report highlighted key themes, celebrated best practices, and identified specific areas for further enhancement.
