How to refer to CHEC

When referring via e-RS, please select the relevant CHEC location on the e-RS system.

Referrals will be clinically triaged by the community service, ensuring that each patient is directed to the most appropriate care setting. If an appointment is required, we will contact the patient within 24 hours to arrange their face to face assessment.
