Our education focuses on:

  • Recognising common conditions in primary care
  • Understanding referral pathways and timelines
  • Knowing when urgent referral is required
  • Improving communication between primary and secondary care

Lunch & Learn Sessions

Our Community Partners can deliver informal Lunch & Learn sessions at your practice, providing an overview of CHEC services and referral pathways for your team.

These sessions are a great opportunity to ask questions and ensure your practice is confident in referring patients appropriately.
