Faye Belgrove is a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in healthcare and a proven track record of success at CHEC. A mother of five and a resident of Coventry, she met her husband, Matt, while working as an events manager 18 years ago. Her career journey has been defined by a deep commitment to the healthcare sector, beginning with her eight years at St Cross Hospital in Rugby. During this time, she specialised as a Theatre Support Worker, first in orthopaedic surgeries and later in ophthalmology within the day surgery unit. Her extensive experience in both surgical environments provided her with invaluable insight into the operational side of healthcare and a foundational understanding of patient pathways.

Seeking a new challenge, Faye made the strategic decision to transition from the NHS to CHEC three years ago, a move that allowed her to stay within the healthcare industry while pursuing new opportunities. Starting as a Client Relationship Executive for Coventry and Warwickshire, she quickly distinguished herself by significantly increasing referral numbers and cultivating strong, successful relationships with local partners. Her exceptional performance led to a rapid progression within the company, advancing to a Senior NHS Partnership Executive for the Midlands and, ultimately, to her current role as Community Partner. Faye is now focused on the future, eager to expand her knowledge of CHEC’s new services and contribute to the company’s continued growth and success. She remains deeply committed to her work and looks forward to helping CHEC go from strength to strength.
