In her current capacity, she has held positions as a dual-site Hospital Manager and a Hospital Manager development coach and mentor, demonstrating a commitment to nurturing talent and overseeing multiple facilities. Now leading the state-of-the-art CHEC Worthing, she is incredibly proud to be at the helm of a team of outstanding healthcare professionals.
